Apple to take on Microsoft with Web browser
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – Apple Inc. will create a version of its Safari Internet browser for Windows, Chief Executive Steve Jobs said on Monday, challenging Microsoft Corp. in its key stronghold of Web access software.
